How much does shipping cost?

We offer $6.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Plus, all orders of $75.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. Local store pickup in Memphis, TN is always free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Ground Shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days across the continental United States.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order Page to view live carrier updates.

How do Custom Toy Bundles work?

Our custom toy bundles (such as Birthday, Disney Pixar Cars, Barbie, Superhero, and LEGO sets) allow you to choose your budget tier ($50 to $500). In the order notes at checkout, tell us the recipient’s age, gender, and favorite themes, and our toy experts will handpick and wrap an incredible assortment tailored specifically for them!

Can you include a personalized gift message?

Yes! Simply add your To/From names and gift message in the order notes during checkout, and we will include a complimentary handwritten gift card.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original manufacturer packaging. See our complete Returns & Refund Policy for details on starting a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If any item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours at contact@villagetoystar.shop with photos, and we will immediately issue a free replacement or full refund.
