30-Day Return Window

At VILLAGETOYSTAR, we want you and your family to be delighted with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return.

Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all seals, tags, accessories, and instruction manuals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or confirmation email) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email our support team at contact@villagetoystar.shop with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard elective returns (e.g. change of mind, duplicate gift), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, VILLAGETOYSTAR will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@villagetoystar.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.
